By balancing both the body and mind connection, true healing at an energetic level can occur. The mind is a powerful thing and clearing subconscious behaviour delivers amazing results. If this is added into a healing environment and sacred space like a retreat, the client can achieve healing within the body also and amplify the results, with lasting change.This can help the guests to achieve results long term, not just for a short time while in the bliss bubble of the retreat or the time immediately after.

Discovery Call
First we will have a discovery call. This is the perfect opportunity for us to meet and discuss what you would like to work on and what your RTT® session will involve.
Schedule your Intake session
After the discovery call, you will be sent a link to book your RTT® session and a link to complete your intake form.
The first part of the session will be the intake session. This is where we dive deeper into your presenting problem. Your intake session helps me to prepare for your RTT® session.
RTT® Session
Please allow up to 2 hours for your RTT® session. This is the time that you will be under hypnosis and the magic happens and the changes start.
You will be provided with a personalised transformation recording to listen to for the next 21 consecutive days.
Weekly Cocoon Session
Reconnect back to you and create mind - body equilibrium and restoration. During the weekly cocoon session, you will receive personalised somatic embodiment resources allowing you to access deeper parts of yourself. Learn practical skills and strategies to enable you to navigate life’s challenges.
Follow Up
At the end of your 21 days of listening to your transformational recording, we will have a follow up session to discuss your results.
